Házbővítés_Zugló
Anikó és Bálint projektje során feladatunk házuk bővítése volt. A lábazat, falak és tető hagyományos rendjét megtartva a ráépítés a földszint folytatása. A kompakt formát a kiugró tömeg bontja meg, mely amellett, hogy néhány hasznos négyzetmétert is eredményez, a ház utcasarki pozícióját is erősíti. Lécburkolata üde színfoltja a szürkére vakolt háznak. A meglévő, korlát nélküli előlépcső a lábazat részévé válik, új, tömör mellvédje is abból „nő ki”, határozottan jelölve a bejáratot. A terasz szintén a lábazat túlnyújtása az udvar felé. Az emelet új nyílászárói igazodnak a földszint kissé szertelen, meglévő nyílásosztásához. Célunk olyan ház tervezése volt, mely nemcsak megfelelő életteret biztosít, hanem építészeti értékkel is bír.
In our project for Anikó and Bálint, our task was to expand their house. While keeping the traditional order of plinth, walls and roof, the expansion is the extension of the ground floor. There is an overhanging mass on the first floor that breaks the compact shape and adds a few extra square meters while strengthening the corner position of the building. The lath cladding is a colourful patch to the grey plastered house. The existing front stairs without railing are being a part of the plinth, and its new solid parapet is also "growing out" of it, strongly defining the entrance. The terrace is also an extension of the plinth towards the backyard. The new windows of the first floor are following the unordered positioning of the existing ones on the ground floor. Our goal was to design a house that can not only provide an appropriate living space, but also has architectural values.
